Suzano completed the acquisition of forestry assets from BTG Pactual Timberland for $376m.

Suzano, a brazilian pulp and paper company, completed the acquisition of forestry assets from BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group, a timberland manager, for $376m. "The target companies own approximately 70k hectares of land in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, in a region where Suzano already has operations. Some 50k hectares of the acquired land are considered usable," Suzano.
