GLORY completed the acquisition of Flooid from Inflexion Private Equity for £150m.

GLORY, a cash technology solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Flooid, a cloud-based unified commerce software company, from Inflexion Private Equity, an investment firm, for £150m. “Joining Glory will be an exciting step in our journey to reach more retailers with our unified commerce platform. Becoming part of a large global ecosystem extends the reach of our solutions into new markets and Glory brings us new solutions to offer those retailers,” Diane Palmquist, Flooid CEO.
