Synopsis
Angkasa Pura I, a state-run airport operator completed the merger with Angkasa Pura II, also a state-run airport operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this transformation, we hope that airport management will be more integrated and efficient,” Erick Thohir, State-Owned Enterprises Minister.
