Amphenol completed the acquisition of TPC Wire & Cable.

Amphenol, a major producer of electronic and fiber optic connectors, cable and interconnect systems such as coaxial cables, completed the acquisition of TPC Wire & Cable, a provider of harsh environment cable and cable assemblies for the industrial market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
