Infracapital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in CTH, a provider of marine transportation services, from Bolk Container Transport, a logistics firm, and Nijhof-Wassink, a specialist in storage and transporting dry and liquid bulk goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of CTH further bolsters and diversifies Infracapital’s end-to-end inland container transport presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. Having CTH join ITG further strengthens its position as a leading green intermodal operator,” Herman Deetman, Infracapital Managing Director.
