Teqt Group to acquire HB Blikk.

Teqt Group, a sheet metal and roofing contractor, agreed to acquire HB Blikk, a construction services company that installs complete roofs, snow catchers, gutters and all fittings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "HB Blikk will be another new strong player for Teqt Norway.
