Thermon completed the acquisition of Vapor Power from Stone Pointe.

Thermon, a provider of industrial process heating solutions, completed the acquisition of Vapor Power, a designer and manufacturer of boilers and steam generators, from Stone Pointe, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
