InterBev, a company that specializes in the support and maintenance services of automatic equipment for the vending, and dispense of FMCG food products, completed the acquisition of full vending services, technical support, and FMCG vending equipment maintenance business lines from Delivra, a company that offers vending services, consisting of the installation and operation of food and beverage vending machines, and technical assistance and maintenance for refrigeration equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, InterBeverage Services maintains its leading position in the Iberian Peninsula and reinforces its commitment to quality service.
