MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions to acquire All-Star Chemical Company.

MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, a manufacture of chemical compounds catering to all facets of surface finishing applications, agreed to acquire All-Star Chemical Company, a cleaning chemical solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to announce the addition of All-Star Chemical's metal finishing solutions to the MacDermid Enthone portfolio.
