Howden Group to acquire Arctic Insurance.

Howden Group, a provider of a range of specialist insurance solutions to clients around the world, agreed to acquire Arctic Insurance, a Norwegian insurance broker in a market with many international participants. Financial terms were not disclosed. "From its humble beginnings in 2014, Arctic Insurance has become highly attractive within insurance brokering, offering its clients unparalleled expertise within an increasingly complex insurance market.
