Coffee Fellows, a German coffee shop chain, completed the acquisition of Waynes, a coffee shop chain, from Tank & Rast, a service provider along German motorways. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This takeover is a significant growth step for Coffee Fellows after the challenging pandemic years. It also deepens the good partnership we have with the Tank & Rast Group along German motorways,” Stefan Tewes, Coffee Fellows Managing Director.
