Matter Development, a senior living real estate development company, completed the acquisition of Cedar Community Elkhart Lake, a 67-unit independent living and assisted living center, from Benevolent Corporation Cedar Community, a not-for-profit, faith-based community to provide comprehensive residential and healthcare services for older adults. Financial terms were not disclosed. “While this acquisition is our first venture into Sheboygan County, it’s just the beginning.
