NRT Technologies, a global technology company that designs and develops next-generation fin-tech, guest and player engagement platforms, completed the acquisition of mobile business assets from Sightline Payments, a US sports betting, casino gaming and digital payments provider and mobile app developer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
