Boston Scientific, a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm, completed the acquisition of Axonics, a medical technology company, for $3.4bn. "Over the last decade, it has been impressive to see the meaningful innovations Axonics has delivered for patients with overactive bladder and incontinence. On March 22, 2024, Axonics stockholders approve the acquisition agreement with Boston Scientific.
