Pelican Energy Partners completed the acquisition of Container Technologies Industries.

Pelican Energy Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Container Technologies Industries, a manufacturer of containment solutions for the nuclear industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CTI is a great company with a 20+ year track record of expansion.
