Montagu-backed RTI Surgical completed the acquisition of Cook Biotech from Cook Group.

Montagu-backed RTI Surgical, a contract development and manufacturing organization, completed the acquisition of Cook Biotech, a tissue-repair products developer, from Cook Group, a medical devices manufacturer.
