SandboxAQ completed the acquisition of Good Chemistry from Green Sands Equity.

SandboxAQ, an enterprise SaaS company, completed the acquisition of Good Chemistry, a computational chemistry company, from Green Sands Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, SandboxAQ will integrate Good Chemistry's software – QEMIST Cloud and Tangelo – into its growing enterprise software portfolio.
