Stantec to acquire Morrison Hershfield.

Stantec, a sustainable design and engineering firm, agreed to acquire Morrison Hershfield, an employee-owned professional services firm providing engineering and management consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to bring a firm of Morrison Hershfield’s stature into the Stantec fold. Our firms have shared a mutual admiration over many years.
