RTC Partners-backed Verdantas completed the acquisition of Peterson Brustad.

Synopsis

RTC Partners-backed Verdantas, a firm specializing in environmental consulting, sustainable engineering, modeling and digital technology, completed the acquisition of Peterson Brustad, a provider of water infrastructure management services like water supply, storage, pump stations, water treatment & flood control. Financial terms were not disclosed. "California presents distinctive engineering design challenges. With Verdantas, we can now incorporate in-house, robust geotechnical and geological expertise to our projects that was previously outsourced. Our union with Verdantas is geared towards broadening our service spectrum, offering comprehensive solutions in flood control, storm drainage, and water resource management. This expansion will bring added value to existing clients in Northern California, allowing us to provide a more comprehensive set of engineering solutions to our clients and will also provide more direct access to clients in Southern California," Karl Brustad, Peterson Brustad Principal.
