Voltalia, an international player in the renewable energy sector, completed the acquisition of 4 solar photovoltaic projects from Solarealize., a solar energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Solarelize had established a number of 10 project companies in Romania, but it is not clear for now if all of them were the object of the deal concluded with Voltalia.
