UBS Asset Management-backed Northern Fiber Holding to acquire the passive fiber network from VX Fiber.

UBS Asset Management-backed Northern Fiber Holding, a digital infrastructure platform, agreed to acquire the passive fiber network from VX Fiber, a Swedish Technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction builds on Northern Fiber Holding’s successful ongoing expansion previously already including – amongst others – the acquisition of Lünecom, sewikom, and sewikom Netzbau.
