Accenture, a multinational professional services company that provides services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations, agreed to acquire Navisite, a digital transformation and managed services provider from Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our clients feel a sense of urgency to modernize their enterprise and they continue to call on Accenture for help in critical areas where we excel.
