Accenture to acquire Navisite from Madison Dearborn Partners.

Accenture, a multinational professional services company that provides services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations, agreed to acquire Navisite, a digital transformation and managed services provider from Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm.
