MPE Partners-backed Appearance Technology Group completed the acquisition of P&S Detail Products.

MPE Partners-backed Appearance Technology Group, a provider of innovative car care accessories, appearance liquids, compounds & polishes, and specialty aerosols, completed the acquisition of P&S Detail Products, a designer and manufacturer of branded, consumable car care liquid chemicals .
