OceanSound Partners-backed Lynx Software Technologies, a foundational, open architecture software solutions developer, completed the acquisition of Thomspon Software Solutions, a provider of software development, engineering, and integration solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The TSS team has built the company on a solid foundation of trusted customer relationships, innovative and cutting-edge technical capabilities, and flawless execution.
