Siemens completed the acquisition of Heliox from Waterland.

Siemens, a German multinational conglomerate company, completed the acquisition of Heliox, a provider of energy management and fast charging solutions, from Waterland, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are witnessing unparalleled growth in the EV charging infrastructure market.
