Sofinord, a financial holding company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in InSitu Groupe, a property management, audit, consultation, and multi-technical services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Initially, I was looking to strengthen my financial structure, but in the end, I opted for this merger with Armonia, a subsidiary of the Sofinord group.
