Torque Capital Group-backed Cablecraft Motion Controls, a manufacturer of control cable fittings and hardware to create motion control solutions, completed the acquisition of the Wholesale Distribution and Custom Manufacturing Service businesses of Instrument Sales & Service, a manufacturer of household appliances and electrical and electronic products.
