FiOptix, a provider of telecommunications and fiber deployment services, completed the acquisition of the wireline fiber and fulfillment divisions from QualTek, a communication infrastructure construction services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce the acquisition of QualTek’s Wireline business units. Their legacy of success in building complex fiber networks coupled with their experienced leadership team, is a perfect fit for FiOptix as we expand business throughout the country”.
