Lutech, a digital transformation company, completed the acquisition of Eustema, a provider in IT consultancy and development Cloud, Big Data, and AI as well as supporting clients in the execution of complex ICT projects by offering customised IT solutions, and SoftJam, a provider of key expertise in Microsoft Cloud Integration, Modern Workplace, Data and Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Resilience. Financial terms were not disclosed.
