Mahindra, a farm equipment, utility vehicles, information technology and financial services company, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, a global institutional investor, agreed to invest $368m in Mahindra Susten, a renewable energy company, and $428m in Sustainable Energy Infra Trust, an Indian infrastructure investment trust. “We are proud to co-sponsor the SEIT alongside our partner Mahindra Susten and to contribute to India's renewable energy ambitions.
