Restaurant Brands completed the acquisition of Carrols Restaurant for $1bn.

Restaurant Brands International, a fast food company, completed the acquisition of Carrols Restaurant, a franchisee company, for $1bn. "Today's announcement is a testament to our more than 24k Carrols team members who have helped drive the company to record levels of profitability over the past 12 months.
