L'Oréal Canada-backed SalonCentric Canada to acquire Icon Salon Systems.

L'Oréal Canada-backed SalonCentric Canada, a distributor of salon professional products, agreed to acquire Icon Salon Systems, a wholesale distributor of Professional Beauty, Salon, Esthetics and Spa supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "L'Oréal Canada's Professional Products Division has always been committed to serving the 100,000 stylists across the country in the best way possible.
