Aramark Offshore, a provider of remote workplace services, completed the acquisition of NOC, a provider of catering services to mobile drilling units, from Insider Facility Solutions, a facility services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Norsk Offshore Catering business are incredibly excited to combine with Aramark to further expand our capabilities in the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
