Aramark Offshore completed the acquisition of NOC from Insider Facility Solutions.

Aramark Offshore, a provider of remote workplace services, completed the acquisition of NOC, a provider of catering services to mobile drilling units, from Insider Facility Solutions, a facility services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Norsk Offshore Catering business are incredibly excited to combine with Aramark to further expand our capabilities in the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Both businesses really value people, service and safety so it felt a natural match,” Bernt Sandsmark, Aramark Offshore General Manager.
