CARCO completed the acquisition of Novotema.

CARCO, a company specializes in designing and manufacturing rotary shaft and hydraulic seals, completed the acquisition of Novotema, a provider of elastomeric sealing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The long-awaited acquisition of Novotema is part of a strategic expansion of our group which has started for some years ago and which is now giving excellent results," Andrea Chalp, CARCO President.
