VidaCorp, a consumer health and beauty enterprise, completed the acquisition of Nude by Nature, a cosmetics and skin care company that reinforces skincare with native Australian ingredients from Crescent Capital Partners, a business development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Nude by Nature needs what we already have, and that is a sizable marketing engine room that we can deploy to rebuild its presence.
