VidaCorp completed the acquisition of Nude by Nature from Crescent Capital Partners.

VidaCorp, a consumer health and beauty enterprise, completed the acquisition of Nude by Nature, a cosmetics and skin care company that reinforces skincare with native Australian ingredients from Crescent Capital Partners, a business development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Nude by Nature needs what we already have, and that is a sizable marketing engine room that we can deploy to rebuild its presence. It gives us a segment that, we believe, is a great fit. It gives us a new segment as we move from MCo products to the more masstige," Dennis Bastas, VidaCorp Founder.
