United Petfood to acquire Vital Petfood Group from Nordic Pet Care.

United Petfood, a dog and cat food manufacturer, agreed to acquire Vital Petfood Group, a pet food business, from Nordic Pet Care, a pet product development and distribution company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to the acquisition of Vital Petfood Group, our network of production sites will be able to offer flexibility and brings our production more and more closer to our customers also in the Nordics,”United Petfood.
