EG to acquire Zeroni.

EG, an information technology services company, agreed to acquire Zeroni, a Finnish software provider of workforce and contractor management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In an intuitive and simple way, the software facilitates workforce and contractor management enabling greater efficiency and employee safety," Mikkel Bardram, EG CEO.
