PointClickCare completed the acquisition of American HealthTech from CPSI.

PointClickCare, a cloud-based healthcare software provider, completed the acquisition of American HealthTech, a healthcare software developer, from Computer Programs and Systems, a computer programming company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As part of our ongoing business transformation, we have decided to divest AHT and therefore discontinue development of the AHT product. We selected PointClickCare as the technology partner of choice to take care of AHT’s customers and ensure they are set up for success now and into the future.
