StoneCalibre-backed Calibre Scientific, a global provider of life science reagents, tools, instruments, and other consumables to lab research, diagnostics, industrial, and biopharmaceutical communities, completed the acquisition of Labtech, a life science and microscopy supply and service company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
