FSN Capital Partners-backed Swash Group, a sanitary E-commerce and services platform for bathroom solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Groupe Le Monde du Bain, a French-based provider of comprehensive bathroom design. Financial terms were not disclosed.
