Andera Partners to acquire Mistertemp’ group from Montefiore Investment.

Andera Partners, an asset management firm, agreed to acquire Mistertemp’ group, a temporary work and recruitment services provider, from Montefiore Investment, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to join Alexandre Pham and his management team in this new development cycle.
