Astek, a global player in engineering and technology consulting, completed the acquisition of majority stake in Riversen, a French engineering consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This merger will enable Riversen to pursue its development by benefiting from the presence of the Astek Group in France and internationally, bringing new opportunities to its employees,” Loïc Lénial d’Amari, Riversen founder.
