Littlejohn Capital-backed Maysteel Industries completed the acquisition of Star Precision Manufacturing.

Littlejohn Capital-backed Maysteel Industries, a complex sheet metal fabrication company, completed the acquisition of Star Precision Manufacturing, a full service, sheet metal fabrication, precision machining and complete finishing services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Maysteel participates in a diverse set of defined industries that require durable sheet metal solutions.
