Laboratorios Sanfer to acquire Vitalis from ACON Investments.

Laboratorios Sanfer, a pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire Vitalis, a manufacturer and wholesaler of injectable products used in hospitals, medical institutions and pharmacies, from ACON Investments, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The team at Vitalis is enthusiastic to begin this new era of growth, consolidating its position as a key player in the Latin American pharmaceutical market.
