Main Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Omnidocs.

Main Capital Partners, a software investor, completed the acquisition of Omnidocs, a Danish Enterprise Information Management software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been crucial for me and Omnidocs to find a partner with not only financial strength but also market insight and domain expertise. I have spent some time looking for the perfect partner, one that I could see would be a structural, cultural, and financial match for our organization, strategy, and vision.
