GS Inima and Construtora Marquise to acquire a stake in Utilitas Pecém from PB Construções.

GS Inima, a company engages in the collection, treatment and distribution of water, and Construtora Marquise, a residential construction services company, agreed to acquire a stake in Utilitas Pecém, a water, effluent and industrial solid waste management company, from PB Construções, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
