Sea Harvest Marine, a South African vertically integrated company in the fishing, aquaculture, and agri-processing industries, completed the acquisition of West Point Processors Proprietary, Aqunion Proprietary, Marifeed Proprietary, Diamond Coast Abalone, and Saldanha Sales and Marketing, a fishing industry, from Terrasan Group, an investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
